Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging to qualify.
  • To request a return, contact support@beworthsupplements.com with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used supplements cannot be returned for safety reasons.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or sale items may not be eligible for refunds.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted unless the product was defective or damaged.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
