Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging to qualify.
- To request a return, contact support@beworthsupplements.com with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used supplements cannot be returned for safety reasons.
- Gift cards, promotional items, or sale items may not be eligible for refunds.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted unless the product was defective or damaged.
Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
